We are looking for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field for a 12-week internship role in Gaithersburg, MD from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026.
Position Description:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of various high-impact projects within the oncology medical affairs team.
- Collaborate with Medical colleagues and other project managers to drive overall project success, delivery, and impact.
- Communicate and present project status and outcomes to key stakeholder groups.
Position Requirements:
- Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in business, operations, innovation, scientific, or related field
- Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
- Business strategy and operations experience or exposure
- Pharmaceutical/biotechnology/healthcare industry experience or interest
- Creative and innovative problem solver, self-starter, can work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
- Clear communication, time management, organizational skills, and adaptability.
- Power BI, dashboard experience, and adept at learning new computer systems quickly are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
- Understanding of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
- This role will not be providing CPT support.
- Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
- Compensation range: $31-48 per hour
