About the Role
As the first commercial hire in the Netherlands, you will own the full market entry strategy. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally.
This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to government and enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do
Supported by initial research and our playbook from previous markets, you will shape and execute the strategy for your country—getting the first deals, onboarding the first customers, and then expanding the team to support our growth.
- Generate pipeline from scratch using cold outreach, networking, and social media
- Own the full sales cycle: qualify prospects, coordinate demos, manage stakeholder maps, and close contracts
- Apply consultative selling frameworks to uncover high-value GenAI use cases
- Collaborate with Product to advocate for localizations and market fit
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policies impacting AI adoption
Who You Are
You:
- Are a high-achieving individual with competitive experience or early-stage startup success
- Have 1–2 years of sales experience or exceptional achievements as a recent graduate
- Possess an entrepreneurial, builder’s mindset
- Are intellectually curious, fast, and an early adopter of technology
- Are comfortable driving your own pipeline and closing deals independently
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit: You are eager to build the plane while flying it. You treat your market like your own business.
Must-Haves
- Native-level Dutch plus English proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in competitive, high-pressure environments
- Proven execution mindset, capable of generating and closing your own leads
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Location: HQ in Stockholm to meet your work buddies on a regular basis but with some flexibilityTravel: Regular travel to the Netherlands
