Graduate Marketing Trainee

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads)
  • Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM tools
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for Singapore / regional markets
  • Support lead generation efforts (e.g., landing pages, email automation)
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams for campaign alignment
  • Track and report weekly KPIs (CTR, CPA, engagement, ROI)

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Recent graduate (2024–2026) with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from a recognised Singapore institution
  • No more than 12 months of full-time work experience (internships count as experience, not work)
  • Strong written and verbal English – ability to write clear, engaging copy
  • Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation
  • Bonus (not required, but a plus):
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
  • Run a personal brand, blog, or social account for >6 months
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification or Meta Blueprint certification
  • Knowledge of SEO / SEM basics

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
