The Purple Parade Ltd (TPPL) is the co-organiser of The Purple Parade — a unifying national platform to promote awareness and celebrate the abilities of Persons with Disabilities.
At the core of The Purple Parade movement is a commitment to ensure that Persons with Disabilities are included in the main chapter of Singapore’s growth, with equal access to education, employment, transport and social networks.
We are looking for a seasoned and purpose-driven Grant & Corporate Administration Manager to join our growing team.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced grants professional who is excited to take ownership of both grant management and corporate operations, while contributing directly to a mission that advances inclusion and meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Strategy, Partnerships & Management
You will be the key driver of TPPL’s grant portfolio, including the administration of the Life Forward Grant by The Purple Parade Ltd, and grants that support TPPL’s programmes and operations.
This includes:
- Working with senior leadership to shape the organisation’s grant direction and funding priorities, overseeing both grantmaking and grant-seeking across the organisation
- Leading the execution and administration of the Life Forward Grant, including building and managing partnerships with grantees, funders and sector partners
- Cultivating sector innovation by working with partners to pilot and test-bed new solutions aligned with TPPL’s strategic thrusts (Enable Independent Living, Healthier Living and Lifelong Learning), including the design and stewardship of initiative-based funding opportunities that support ideation, prototyping and real-world implementation in Singapore
- Managing the end-to-end grant lifecycle — from sourcing and proposal development to reporting, audits and close-out
- Ensuring timely, accurate financial and narrative reporting, and monitoring grant performance and compliance
- Acting as secretariat to the Regranting Steering Committee, supporting governance, documentation and decision-making processes
- (This role does not approve grants but plays a critical facilitative and governance role.)
Corporate Administration & Governance
You will support the Head of Organisation in TPPL’s corporate and operational foundations.
This includes:
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g. ACRA, Charity, IPC, PDPC)
- Developing and reviewing organisational policies and procedures
- Managing office and programme administration to ensure smooth daily operations
- Leading data protection and PDPA compliance efforts across the organisation
Support for Programmes Administration
- Supporting the administration of TPPL’s programmes, including documentation, reporting, coordination with programme leads and operational follow-ups
- Ensuring strong alignment between programme delivery, grant requirements and corporate processes
- Strengthening systems and workflows that enable effective programme execution
The Purple Parade – Marquee Event Involvement
As part of TPPL’s core team, you will actively support The Purple Parade, Singapore’s largest movement for disability inclusion.
This includes:
- Being part of the annual Purple Parade organising committee
- Leading 1–2 committees for the Parade, contributing to planning, execution and post-event review. This involvement is concentrated around the annual event period and complements the role’s core grant and governance responsibilities
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is deeply aligned with The Purple Parade’s mission and ready to contribute meaningfully to a growing social impact organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant professional training or certifications in areas such as grant management, governance and ethics, impact measurement, project management, or equivalent fields will be valued
Experience
- At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in grant management, corporate administration, or related roles, preferably within social service agencies, the public sector, or the broader social impact ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience working within the Singapore grant landscape and navigating charity governance and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders, including funders, partners and internal teams
- Experience supporting or working with Boards, steering committees or governance bodies will be an advantage
Personal Attributes
- Is motivated by mission and impact, not just visibility or targets
- Believes deeply in dignity, inclusion and the power of community
- Navigates complexity, public scrutiny and competing priorities with sound judgement
- Thrives in environments that require both structure and adaptability
- Enjoys building systems and processes that enable others to do their best work
What You Can Expect
At The Purple Parade Ltd, you will find:
- A growing organisation with opportunities to shape systems and practices
- A role that combines strategy, operations, partnerships and on-the-ground execution
- A chance to contribute directly to a strong social impact and inclusion mission
- A collaborative, values-driven team passionate about creating a more inclusive Singapore
We are a lean and growing organisation, and this role suits someone comfortable with both structure and ambiguity
