Roles and Responsibility:
- Use technical knowledge to process and analyze computer binary files.
- Meets business objectives and team targets defined by Service Level Objectives.
- Manage service incidents or problems and enhances end-to-end processes.
- Ensures that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Assigned to do project management or employee-driven initiatives that will address concerns on increasing productivity, efficiency, and delivering operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Python, Development, Networks, and Quality Assurance.
- Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- With 500+ internship hours requirement.
- No work experience required
