Ground Services Intern

Job Description

Summary We are looking for an intern who will assist the Ground Services team in the daily operations of liaising with service partners, reviewing training materials and providing support in other ground projects. Job Description Ground Services

• Liase with Service Partners to ensure completion of service partner acknowledgement form via Microsoft Forms & Power Automate for GSI, LCI, and CPI.
• Provide support to review department manuals such as diagrams and form designs in GSM, LCM and CPM.
• Support IOSA compliance for internal Audit and recurrent Audit end of 2023.
• Digitalize operation forms (E.g. Stationery and Station Flight Report)
• Support audit exercises, including tracking of audit schedules, recurrence, and ensure completion of audit reports.
• Assist to review training materials and update training records.
• Assist in ground projects and participate in data mining and analysis
• Assist in front end operations and to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of Service level Agreement (SLA) Letters (E.g. Voucher request, performance boost letters).
• Assist in monitoring any pending follow-up cases for ground on respective portals (E.g. Sales force, CCVRs etc.)
