Group Home Manager

About the Role:

As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our group home facility. Your main objective will be to ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff members, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent care to our residents. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for our residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a group home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to group homes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience with budget management

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the group home facility
  • Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and support
  • Maintain a safe and healthy living environment for our residents
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of staff members and ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your knowledge of state and federal regulations related to group homes will be essential in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. Additionally, your experience in a supervisory role in a group home or similar setting will be critical in managing staff and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment for our residents. Your ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and your experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities will also be beneficial in this role.
