Group Payroll Manager

Clemenger Group is looking for an established Group Payroll Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for a monthly and fortnightly payroll for 5 of our companies across various states, working alongside another Payroll Manager.

Experience with ADP GlobalView would be ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly and fortnightly pay runs - processing of all transactions
• Send Payroll variance report
• Run EFT Files
• Produce GL Entries and load to D365
• Upload employee tax data (STP to ATO) through ADP
• Enter Off cycle payments into ADP
• Field and resolve payroll queries as well as Employee Self Service issues on daily basis
• Keep on top of changing legislation - all aspects of payroll
• Run ad hoc reports for agencies when requested
• Liaise with auditors throughout the year and provide requested information
• Management of one team member

Month End Process

• Leave liability/Leave approver reports
• Produce Superannuation files
• Produce Payroll tax reports and lodge monthly returns for each state
• Reconcile General Ledger for each company
• Head count reports

Year End Process

• Reconcile EOY in preparation for employee payment statements
• Final ATO lodgement to finalise payment statements
• Reconcile Remuneration for Payroll Tax YTD to lodgements made throughout year
• Lodge Annual Payroll Tax reconciliations for each state
• Lodge Annual Work Cover reconciliations supplying actuals and estimates for each agency by state
