We are looking for a motivated and analytical Growth Analytics Intern to join our Digital Channels team at Singtel.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales analytics, campaign performance tracking, and digital growth initiatives across platforms such as My Singtel app and eShop.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, designers, and product stakeholders to drive traffic, optimise performance, and support key digital initiatives.

This internship is suitable for students interested in digital marketing, digital growth, analytics, and performance marketing projects.

Make an Impact by

1. Sales Data & Performance Tracking

• Maintain and regularly update Digital Channels sales performance dashboards.
• Track weekly and monthly trends across app and eShop performance (e.g., sales contribution, usage metrics).
• Extract key insights from data to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain and update the central repository of sales performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

2. Campaign Management & Optimisation

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., eShop marketing team, designers) to execute digital campaigns such as push notifications and in-app banners.
• Track and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as GA4 and Power BI.
• Analyse campaign results and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimise traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
• Support post-campaign reporting

3. Project & Presentation Support

• Support ad-hoc growth and digital projects as required.
• Prepare presentation slides and reports for internal meetings and management updates.

4. Team Engagement & Events

• Support planning and execution of internal team-building and volunteerism activities.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, digital marketing, business, or analytics is advantageous.
• Strong interest in digital growth, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights from data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.
