Growth Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re seeking a Growth Data Analyst to help measure, analyze, and improve how our content performs across search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

This role bridges data, SEO, and content strategy. You will analyze large datasets related to search visibility, AI citations, and content performance to identify opportunities that improve how our content is discovered and referenced by platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, SEO, and marketing teams to turn insights into scalable improvements across our content infrastructure.

Key Areas of Focus

• Analyze search performance, AI citations, and content discoverability trends.

• Identify patterns in how LLMs and search engines reference content.

• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for content performance.

• Run experiments to evaluate the impact of content structure, schema, and metadata.

• Identify content gaps, duplication, and consolidation opportunities.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to SEO, engineering, and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in data analysis, growth analytics, or SEO analytics.

• Strong SQL and experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, BigQuery, etc.).

• Experience analyzing search performance, traffic trends, or content metrics.

• Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and marketing teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience analyzing AI search platforms or LLM-generated citations.

• Experience with Python or data scripting.

• Experience in SEO, content analytics, or programmatic content environments.
