ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Growth within our Revenue organization, the Growth Manager will play a critical role in scaling Xe’s B2B and B2C platforms across APAC. This high-impact, cross-functional role focuses on:
- Driving customer acquisition, activation, and retention through insight-led, data-driven strategies
- Optimizing end-to-end customer journeys to enable seamless, digital-first experiences
- Embedding a culture of experimentation, agility, and commercial accountability across teams
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Funnel Growth Strategy: Drive end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for our B2B and B2C products. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that optimize each stage of the customer lifecycle, from initial awareness through long-term value realization.
- Cross-Functional Growth Leadership: Serve as the central growth strategist, partnering closely with product, marketing, pricing, customer success, network, and compliance teams to identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities. Proactively challenge and assess existing product features, service model, compliance requirements, payment methods, and operational processes to inform strategic decisions and roadmap prioritization, ensuring alignment across functions to maximize impact on key growth metrics.
- P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the P&L management of our web and app products in APAC, encompassing all transactions across client segments. Drive revenue growth, optimize unit economics, and contribute to overall profitability through data-driven growth initiatives.
- Customer Segmentation and Portfolio Optimization: Partner with revenue leadership to analyze and restructure customer segments and territories based on growth potential, lifetime value, and service requirements. Develop tailored growth strategies for high-value consumers, SMEs, and enterprise clients, optimizing the balance between digital self-service capabilities and high-touch support to maximize both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Take a holistic approach to improving activation, engagement, retention, and expansion of users across all segments. Proactively identify opportunities spanning product enhancements, marketing campaigns, onboarding optimization, and process improvements to boost critical lifecycle metrics.
- Experimentation and Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze growth experiments across the entire customer journey. Utilize digital analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks, test solutions, and implement changes that enhance user experience and drive measurable revenue growth.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Benchmark against leading fintechs (e.g. Wise, Revolut, Brex, Airwallex) to uncover gaps and drive innovation in product and GTM strategy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in growth, product, business operations, consulting, or finance. Experience in fintech, eCommerce, SaaS, or a fast-paced startup or high-growth digital environment is strongly preferred. You can quickly synthesize data, qualitative insights, and deep product understanding to develop and prioritize comprehensive growth strategies across the full customer lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or other analytical disciplines
- Growth-first mindset with structured problem-solving skills. You obsess over finding novel ways to drive revenue and optimize every stage of the funnel. We value creativity paired with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous growth challenges into testable hypotheses and actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical foundation with hands-on technical skills. You're comfortable in spreadsheets, can interpret complex data sets, and translate insights into growth opportunities. Experience with tools like SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Power BI, and A/B testing is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and campaign creation abilities. You have stellar written and verbal skills with an intuitive understanding of customer psychology. While not primarily a writing role, you'll create compelling campaign copy, messaging, and presentations that drive conversion and engagement.
- End-to-end execution mindset. You're willing to roll up your sleeves to launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end, from concept through performance analysis. You thrive on both strategic thinking and hands-on implementation.
- Proactive problem-solving approach. Taking initiative is second nature. You'll independently identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities by diving deep into quantitative and qualitative signals across the entire customer journey.
- Bias toward speed and impact. We move quickly and expect you to match that pace while maintaining quality. You can prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
