MidnighTreats is a mission-driven dessert brand known for giant, 100% plant-based cookies, and actively expanding into new markets. We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager who will directly drive revenue, traffic, and brand demand. This is not a corporate strategy job or a remote role, instead, it's hands-on, retail-focused marketing that drives revenue. We are an emerging brand that is constantly building, testing, and improving every week.
What You Will Own
You will work directly with the founder and be accountable for two core areas:
1. Marketing that Drives Revenue
- Increase weekly in-store sales
- Execute local marketing plays that drive foot traffic
- Improve conversion, average order value, and repeat visits
- Generate and close catering, corporate, and community orders
- Build weekly marketing calendars and run in-store promotions
2. Local Brand and Community Growth
- Run growth experiments and measure ROI
- Build partnerships with gyms, schools, offices, events, influencers, and creators
- Support social content with ideas, trends, and in-store shoots
- Lead collaborations and seasonal launches
The First 90 Days
We need you to deliver real outcomes, not plans:
- Identify 2-3 revenue opportunities per store
- Review and improve the local marketing playbook
- Launch 2-3 partnerships or community programs
- Increase foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness

- Have experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or franchise environments

On-going Responsibilities
Marketing & Sales Growth
- Boost weekly sales
- Build and execute local marketing plays
- Drive catering leads and community partnerships
- Create local promotions and growth experiments
Performance & Strategy
- Analyze store-level data and identify fast wins
- Launch traffic-driving initiatives and measure results
- Produce weekly reporting on traffic, sales, and marketing performance
Brand & Special Projects
- Launch collaborations
- Source micro-influencers and PR opportunities
- Support social content strategy and ideation
Compensation
Full-Time Opportunity: $80,000 to $100,000 salary + performance bonuses + future equity opportunities. Compensation is tied directly to measurable revenue growth and expansion results.
