Sleek launched in 2017 and now has around 15,000 customers across our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. We have around 600 staff with an intact startup mindset.

We have recently raised Series B financing off the back of >70% compound annual growth in Revenue over the last 5 years. Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.

Backed by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.

At Sleek, we are on a mission to streamline operations and elevate customer experience through intelligent automation and modern engineering.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and execution-oriented Product Manager to own the growth trajectory of our two core emerging products: the Sleek Business Account (SBA)—a licensed, fledgling digital business account in Singapore and our new proprietary In-House Payroll Solution

This is a senior-level, highly autonomous, hands-on builder role. You will not have a dedicated marketing department; you will own the product strategy, project management, and go-to-market execution from top to bottom. If you have deep neo- banking roots, love driving organic growth loops, and thrive in lean, rapid-deployment environments, this role is built for you.

Mission of the Role

To aggressively scale revenue for the SBA and Payroll products by driving rapid customer adoption, expanding AUM for SBA, and increasing the volume of active employees utilizing the Payroll system.

Key Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)

  • Accelerate customer adoption rates for both SBA and Payroll.
  • Significantly expand the AUM of the SBA and grow the total number of employees onboarded to the Payroll software.
  • Directly increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic product monetization, such as value-added foreign exchange (FX) transactions.
  • Successfully navigate ambiguities to deliver product commitments on time, partnering intimately with key stakeholders and a dedicated engineering squad.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

  • 5 to 10 Years in Product Manager Roles:
Proven track record of robust, hands-on product management within a Neobank, Digital Bank, or high-growth Fintech environment.
  • 0-to-1 Product Delivery: Demonstrated success taking tech products from ideation to launch and scaling them as an individual contributor.
  • Commercial & Growth Competency: Experience driving user adoption, managing legacy data migrations, and optimizing commercial metrics like Assets Under Management (AUM) and FX/transaction revenues
  • AI & Tech Literacy: Fluent with AI applications and structurally familiar with AI evaluations (evals) to drive automated feature development alongside engineering.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Exceptional skill in working backwards from aggressive growth targets using structured, data-driven frameworks.

Must-Have Attributes

  • Extreme Ownership & High Agency:
A self-starter who operates autonomously, moves fast under heavy ambiguity, and takes absolute accountability for outcomes.
  • Commercial Mindset & Customer Empathy: Deeply understands user pain points while simultaneously thinking strategically about monetization and business growth.
  • The "Builder" Mentality: Combines high-level product vision with a grounded, humble approach to doing the tactical, ground-level execution yourself.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Ability to handle both product strategy and hands-on Go-To-Market (GTM) execution without dedicated marketing support.
  • Collaborative Diplomat: A low-ego communicator who builds trust, bridges engineering and commercial teams, and aligns leadership to drive consensus.

Behavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:

Ownership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team. We move fast and need to know that everyone will see things through to completion and proactively help to get things back on track when challenges arise. Accountability is really important to us.

Humility: There is so much we don’t know. Humility allows for open-mindedness to feedback and a willingness to learn from others. It paves the way for collaboration and creates a positive work environment. It is a key ingredient of self awareness and emotional intelligence.

Structured Thinking: Our business is complex with many layers (many services, many countries, many cultures). Regardless of whether you’re more analytical or creative in nature, being able to show sound judgement is important to us. It ensures solutions are pragmatic and balance the needs of the organisation, team and customers.

Attention to detail: You’ll be managing multiple, complex workstreams from numerous stakeholders. It will be important for you to keep track of everything and notice when information is missing or inconsistent.

Excellent listener and clear communicator: We have a variety of nationalities and for many people, English isn’t their first language. For you to excel, you’ll need to be present in your calls and make sure you properly receive and thoughtfully send messages to others in the business.

About the interview process

The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages (note that the order might be different to what you read below).

We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.
