Job Family Description -Marketing & Communication Management / Generalist:
Leads and contributes to all marketing and communication activities. Guides and supports decision-making on brand image and messages to our customers, employees and other external bodies. Job Description Starting on September 2nd, 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the EMEA CRM team in Milan. Key Accountabilities

• Acquisition of analysis, reporting and presentation skills
• Acquisition of Client Engagement driver logics
• Organizational awareness of the EMEA Region, working with different stakeholders in an international environment
• Use of specific tools of Retail and Client Insights & Analytics
• Develop analytical and presentation skills through proficient use of Excel and Power Point.

What are the basics?

• You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
• Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
• Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
