Guest Service Manager

Korner Kitchen Breakfast & Lunch Eatery is looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager. We are a breakfast and lunch establishment located in Waterloo. We are a very strong team and strive to maintain exceptional service standards and a positive work environment at all times.

Our hours of operation (7am-2:30pm) allow for a great work-life balance within the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to build profesional relationships with guests
• Ability to oversee all FOH operations including management of wait staff, hosts and bar service
• Ability to handle guest concerns or complaints
• Ability to train new employees.
• Provide staff support as needed. ( Processing payment, seating guests, running food, expediting, providing staff support in any area required)
