Job Purpose

Energie Fitness are seeking a vibrant, highly organised and commercially focused Club Business Manager to take this highly attractive Club, to the next level.

You will be responsible for delivering fantastic business operations, whilst driving sales and retention membership numbers on a monthly basis. You will report directly into the Franchisee, and work closely with them, to formulate robust processes in areas such as Health & Safety, Marketing & Sales Plans, Corporate and Wellbeing Events and Brand Standards Audits. You will strive to actively seek new business for Club and look to provide the best possible customer service to all énergie members, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

You will be responsible for developing a team of talented Fitness, Sales, Retention and Member Experience Champions, ensuring each staff member live and breathe our Core Values where they belong, and perform at their highest level.

Reporting directly to the Franchisee the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally within a similar background.

v Achieve outstanding business results by setting ambitious goals and relentlessly driving business performance – outsmart the competition and smash the business plan

v Grow the customer value by creating raving fans and a favourite place where customers are invited to come, feel they belong and want to stay

v Develop the "Club of the future" which delivers the ultimate fitness experience inside and out - a business that stands out from the crowd and is recognised as the best fitness Club in town

v The Ultimate goal of improving LIVE membership number, you will have financial revenue and profit targets to ensure month on month growth

v Lead your Team to success and manage them with tough love whilst giving them the motivation to have fun achieving results - make it a “if we say we`re going to do it, do it” culture

v Build a high performing Team where everyone plays their own part in delivering “stand out “results and together they enjoy the thrill of winning and constantly moving the bar

v Keep everything safe and legal, by exercising business discipline in all areas of compliance – play by the rules to meet the brand standards and all the statutory requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
