The Hair Stylist Assistant role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. The Hair Stylist Assistant plays a key role in supporting our stylist, maintaining salon cleanliness, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This person must be polished, organized, emotionally intelligent, and confident working with clients and stylists.

Duties

• Assist senior stylist with hair styling, coloring, and finishing techniques.
• Prepare clients by shampooing, conditioning, and setting up tools for various services.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Passionate about hair styling and the beauty industry.
• Previous experience in cosmetology is preferred, enthusiasm is essential!
• Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes every client feel valued.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
