Head Of Corporate

At Lockton, we deliver innovative insurance placements and risk management services for organisations involved in all sectors.

We are looking for a Head of Corporate to carry out strategic oversight of the Corporate Team. As part of the role, you will also take ownership of a book of business within Real Estate and Construction including LDI. You would be leading client advocacy as a main contact for significant corporate accounts, with responsibility for day to day service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing and constantly expanding the current network of client contacts.
• Serve clients as an advocate for their needs, ensuring delivery of exceptional service through close and regular interaction.
• Seek to identify methods of enhancing services and adding greater value to clients and maintain a robust approach delivering a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned to their needs.
• Support the implementation of expanded service opportunities, risk management and insurance objectives of clients across your team.
• Manage and oversee renewal income in line with set and agreed team objectives
• Actively seek out and generate new revenue opportunities through regular new business activity and by attending networking events
• Build and grow a wide network of client and market contacts and serve as a role model to associates in developing same
• Contribute to bid teams

• Significant experience in real estate and construction insurance
• Knowledge of latent defects insurance
• Experience with account managing real estate owners, funds and managing agents insurance programmes
• Excellent communication skills, and able to build and nurture long-lasting positive professional relations
• Driven, enthusiastic and collaborative, focused on excellent service, and enabling an ever-collaborative team culture
