DELIVERY SYSTEMS HEAD

(Restaurant & Multi-Branch Operations)

About the Role

We are building a best-in-class delivery engine for a fast-growing restaurant group — and we are looking for a Delivery Systems Architect to lead it.

This is not a traditional operations role.

You will design, build, and scale the entire delivery ecosystem — from kitchen integration to dispatch systems, rider structure, and cost optimization — across multiple branches.

If you are someone who has built systems (not just managed people) and understands the realities of restaurant operations, this role is for you.

Your Mission

Build a delivery system that is fast, scalable, cost-efficient, and consistent across all stores — while maintaining food quality and customer experience.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs You Own)

· Reduced delivery time across all stores

· Improved order accuracy

· Lower delivery cost per order

· High rider productivity & utilization

· Strong ratings across delivery platforms

· Minimal customer complaints related to delivery

What You Will Do

Architect the Delivery System

· Design end-to-end workflows (order → kitchen → dispatch → delivery)

· Build scalable SOPs and playbooks for all branches

· Implement routing, batching, and dispatch strategies

Integrate with Restaurant Operations

· Align kitchen workflows with delivery demand

· Eliminate bottlenecks between dine-in and delivery

· Ensure food quality is preserved during delivery

Build & Optimize the Rider Model

· Design the ideal mix: in-house riders vs third-party platforms

· Improve rider scheduling, dispatching, and utilization

· Manage relationships with platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.)

Own Delivery Economics

· Monitor and reduce cost per order

· Improve margins through operational efficiency

· Analyze data and drive continuous improvements

Build Systems, Not Just Teams

· Create SOPs, dashboards, and performance scorecards

· Establish a repeatable and scalable delivery framework

· Lead implementation across all locations

Who We’re Looking For

You “Get It”

· Deep understanding of delivery/logistics systems

· Strong grasp of restaurant operations

· Experience in multi-branch execution

You Have the Capacity

· 5–10+ years in:

o Restaurant operations, cloud kitchens, or logistics

o Delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.) is a strong advantage

· Proven experience in:

o Building systems and SOPs

o Scaling operations across multiple locations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideal Background (Highly Preferred)

· Former operations leader in:

o Multi-unit restaurant brands

o Cloud kitchen companies

o Delivery platforms (Grab, Foodpanda, Lalamove, etc.)

· Experience launching or fixing delivery systems at scale
