DESCRIPTION
Ring Europe is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly collaborative leader to accelerate Ring’s global expansion of community-focused programs that make neighborhoods safer. The Head of International – Neighbors will own the international rollout and success of Ring’s community features, including Neighbors, Search Party, Watch Party, and Request for Assistance, while also shaping and executing Ring’s international PR and communications strategy.
This role requires an operator who can balance innovation with execution — someone who thrives in ambiguity, drives alignment across global and local teams, and can turn bold ideas into measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep strategic thinking with exceptional stakeholder management, communications acumen, and a passion for technology that builds trust and strengthens communities.

Key job responsibilities
Global Expansion of Community Features
- Lead the international rollout of Neighbors, Search Party, Watch Party, and Request for Assistance, beginning with the UK, Australia/New Zealand, Canada, and Germany.
- Drive alignment across Public Policy, PR, Legal, and local market teams to identify and remove barriers to launch, ensuring global consistency with minimal product changes.
- Build and execute go-to-market launch plans for each region, integrating PR, marketing, and community engagement to deliver scalable, high-impact rollouts.
- Partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to translate local insights into clear business cases and prioritize only the most essential product adaptations.
- Develop reporting mechanisms to track adoption, sentiment, and engagement metrics across markets, using insights to inform continuous improvement.
International Communications Strategy
- Own the creation and execution of Ring’s international communications in partnership with the global PR organization.
- Develop frugal, creative, and high-impact campaigns that elevate Ring’s brand, accelerate household acquisition, and drive subscription attach and premium plan mix.
- Translate complex AI and safety innovations into simple, customer-friendly stories that reinforce Ring’s mission to make neighborhoods safer.
- Position Ring as a thought leader in community safety, AI, and connected living through earned media, strategic partnerships, and storytelling.
- Ensure tight integration between PR, marketing, and channel teams to maximize efficiency of spend and achieve outsized impact in every country.
Local Community Programs (as capacity allows)
- Build and scale local community initiatives that demonstrate Ring’s commitment to safety and neighborhood engagement.
- Partner with local authorities, community groups, and NGOs to deliver programs that inspire participation and trust.
- Translate local moments of community impact into newsworthy stories that strengthen Ring’s reputation and brand equity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10+ years of overall business experience.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing international programs or markets.
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, communications, or product expansion across multiple countries.
- Track record of cross-functional leadership spanning PR, policy, marketing, and product.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer engagement, and community-based programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or advanced degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Experience leading tech or consumer brands through multi-country expansions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven record of developing high-performing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Bias for action, creative problem-solving, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
