Head Of Janitorial

Summary of Position:

The Janitorial Server Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant with main focus in the front of house. This individual should pay great attention to detail and be able to work independently at times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sweep & Mop Floors
• Clean & Disinfect Restrooms and all door handles
• Restock Toilet Tissues and other dispensers such as soap and paper towel etc...
• Monitor Building Security for Safety by making sure that all doors are locked after operating hours
• Vacuuming rugs and hard to reach areas.
• Dusting High and Low of furniture and decorations
• Move furniture to clean and reposition
• Plant new flowers in the spring per Management request
• Maintain flower pots by watering and removing weeds around them
• Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt when needed
• Take out Trash & replace liners
• Use Cleaning Solutions to remove and hard to remove debris
• Clean Windows, Mirrors and restroom partitions.
