MedGen Healthcare Ireland is expanding, and we are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional resident care
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities while upholding resident dignity
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship and supportive interactions
• Participate in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the Nurse in Charge or management

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid right to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Fluent in spoken and written English
