We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Health and Safety Advisor to join our growing team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the safe and successful delivery of our civil engineering projects,.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation for technical bids and tenders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential health and safety risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the development of technical bid documents, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and prepare safety plans for upcoming projects
  • Monitor health and safety performance across projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Keep up to date with current Irish health and safety legislation, industry standards, and best practices
  • Attend site visits and project meetings to gain a thorough understanding of on-site requirements and potential safety concerns

Key Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Health & Safety or Civil Engineering is essential
  • Minimum 3 years’ Health & Safety experience in Ireland
  • Proven track record in the civil engineering industry and commercial projects
  • Solid understanding of Irish health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
