We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director with a strong background in digital marketing and community-based B2B marketing to lead marketing initiatives for our healthcare organizations. This role will be responsible for driving growth through outbound community marketing for a primary care clinic while managing digital marketing efforts across four brands.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor—someone who can build strategy, manage systems, and produce measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound community marketing initiatives for our primary care clinic
- Build and maintain referral relationships with attorneys, healthcare partners, and community organizations
- Develop and execute field marketing and partnership strategies to drive patient acquisition
Digital Marketing Oversight (4 Brands)SEO & Website Management
- Manage SEO for all company websites
- Oversee backlink articles and blogs
- Improve website loading speed, performance, and user experience
Social Media Management
- Oversee Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms
- Maintain a posting schedule of:
- 3 reels per day
- 4 static posts per day
- 3 stories per day
- Focus on audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility
Ad Management & CRM
- Manage Go High Level (GHL), Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Build and maintain automated funnels:
Ad → Landing Page → Calendly Booking → Text/Email Confirmation → Email Marketing
Email Marketing
- Create and manage monthly newsletters for attorneys and patients across all brands
Local Listings
- Maintain accurate and optimized local business listings for all company locations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing leadership
- Strong background in community outreach and B2B marketing
- Demonstrated success managing SEO, social media, paid ads, and marketing automation
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Go High Level
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Healthcare or medical marketing experience preferred

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
