Salary

₱90,000–₱100,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications

• College Graduate (Bachelor's Degree required)
• At least 5–10 years of Operations Management experience in a Healthcare BPO environment
• Must have experience handling pure US Healthcare accounts
• Strong hands-on experience managing Hospital Billing operations
• Hands-on experience using Epic or other Hospital Billing systems
• Proven experience leading Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and large production teams
• Strong client management, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
• Must be amenable to working onsite in Ortigas
• Must be willing to work on a night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Hospital Billing operations for a US Healthcare account.
• Drive operational excellence by achieving client KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and financial targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and support teams.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
• Utilize Epic and other healthcare systems to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
