We are hiring an Helpdesk Intern to join our Chatsworth, CA operation. What will you be doing? The role of an IT Helpdesk Intern involves providing support to both onsite and remote users and equipment by serving as the initial point of contact for resolving IT-related issues or requests. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in order to promptly resolve problems as they surface. • Computer troubleshooting and application/user support.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and problem solve.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff both technical and non-technical users.
• Proficient use of MS Office Suite and Windows 10/11
• Basic hardware knowledge of desktops, laptops, and printers
• Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• HS diploma or equivalent required. Actively enrolled in a degree program. Minimum 3-4 years of completed college coursework in the fields in a technical field, such as of IT, mechanical, electrical, material science, industrial or aerospace engineering.
• Previous experience with desktop or desk-side support is a plus.
