Job Summary

The Head Bartender leads the coffee program and barista team, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, outstanding customer service, and smooth daily operations. This role combines hands-on coffee preparation with training, supervision, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Beverage Quality

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages consistently

versee espresso calibration, brewing methods, and recipe standards

Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee equipment

Develop or refine drink recipes and seasonal offerings

Team Leadership & Training

Train, coach, and mentor baristas on coffee skills and service standards

Lead shifts and assign daily tasks

Provide performance feedback and support skill development

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards

Customer Experience

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Build rapport with regular customers and promote the café’s brand

Operations & Inventory

Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, and bar supplies

Assist with ordering and stock rotation

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

Support opening and closing procedures

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment

Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and brewing methods

Leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Basic understanding of inventory control and cost awareness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
