Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HOA Manager to oversee the operations of a vibrant residential community in Downtown Albuquerque. The ideal candidate will possess strong property management skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining property standards, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws. The HOA Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and board members, fostering positive relationships and ensuring the community runs smoothly.
Duties
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety and aesthetic standards
- Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for contracts, leases, and compliance documentation
- Enforce HOA policies in accordance CC&R's , Bylaws, and Community Policies
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance.
- Facilitate conflict management between residents or vendors through effective negotiation and communication skills
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues requiring attention or repair
- Prepare reports for board meetings and assist in budget management related to property operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or related fields
- Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Office experience including data entry, filing, contract management, and administrative tasks
- Familiarity with facilities management systems.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage vendor relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance documentation
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
