Home Care Worker

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and a high quality of life. Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming

Support with meal preparation and household tasks

Assist with mobility and medication reminders (training provided)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Follow personalised care plans and maintain accurate records

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

A kind, patient, and empathetic attitude

Good communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential—full training will be provided

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage
