Horticulturist

We’re opening an exciting new garden centre dedicated to inspiring a love for plants and outdoor living. Our mission is to provide exceptional service, expert advice, and a wide range of quality plants and gardening products.

As a Horticulturist, you’ll be the heart of our garden centre, bringing knowledge, creativity and passion for plants to our customers. You’ll ensure our plant stock thrives, advise customers on plant care and help create beautiful displays that showcase the best of what we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for plants, ensuring they are healthy and well presented.
• Provide expert advice to customers on plant selection, care, and garden design.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and managing plant stock.
• Create attractive plant displays and seasonal arrangements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification in horticulture or equivalent experience.
• Strong plant knowledge and passion for gardening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and attention to detail in plant presentation.
