Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused Hospitality Manager to lead and upskill an on-site team during large-scale live events in an award winning venue. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality leadership skills, the flexibility to work event-based hours and passion for music

Requirements:

· Proven experience in hospitality, team leadership, event management, or staff coordination.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.

· Passion for live events, music, and working with people.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and festival dates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €16.00-€20.00 per hour

Experience:
