Front Office Receptionist Hotel

Hayfield Manor Hotel, a part of The Hayfield Family Collection, are seeking a receptionist to join our front of house / rooms division team.

To assume responsibility for guest welcome and registration, ensuring operating standards are adhered to ensuring a warm and friendly Hayfield Manor Hotel experience to all of our guests. We are seeking a very strong, customer orientated individual who has excellent attention to detail, along with exceptional customer service skills.

The successful individual will ideally have the following:

• Previous Front Office experience within a five-star property.
• Knowledge of Reservation Management System - Opera Cloud
• Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
• Is equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service background.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

Working closely with the Reception Manager,

• To carry out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team.
• To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction always.
• Ensure you take the lead from senior team members and maintain have current knowledge of the hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, in an effort to provide seamless service and exceeding customer needs.
