Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Radisson Blu Letterkenny prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact the Front Office Team work closely with the Reservations, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure that we achieve this level of guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm friendly welcome to all our guests
• Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out, bookings and general queries.
• Make reservations and enter information into Opera PMS as necessary.
• Ensure the guest experience is delivered consistently.
• Shifts are a mixture of Early, Mid & Late. Early is 7am-3pm. Mid is 11am-7pm. Late is 3pm-11pm

The Candidate:

• Experience in a busy hotel Front Office Department or similar an advantage.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is preferable but not essential.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
