About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for hotel guests. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent guest experiences through cleanliness and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas according to standards

• Assist with quality control and room inspections when assigned

• Maintain daily room lists and record serviced rooms

• Report shortages, damages, or safety concerns

• Handle reasonable guest requests and escalate issues when needed

• Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

• Customer service–oriented mindset

• Basic English communication required (bilingual a plus)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Schedule may vary based on hotel occupancy

• Weekend and holiday availability required

• On-site Resort environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs

Environmental Conditions

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals

• Laundry chemicals

• Dust, odors, and outdoor weather elements
