Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for guests or residents.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks as required, including training new staff members.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working in hotel or commercial cleaning environments.

Experience

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Experience in hotel settings or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous.
• Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and cleaning protocols is essential.
• Skills in cooking may be beneficial for specific roles requiring meal preparation alongside cleaning duties.
