Housekeeping Assistant

The Beaumont House requires a experienced a Cleaner for a busy family run pub which incorporates a Bar, Lounge, off-licence and B&B . Our food business begins each morning at 9am with our breakfast menu. We have an award winning carvery which is the largest in the Country which operates from 12-4pm and then the A La Carte menu till 9pm.

Specific Expectations: The primary purpose of the position is ensuring the Pub is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. The Cleaner will maintain a proper level of clean inventory with a high standard of cleanliness according to the sanitation code.
Carries out cleaning of floors, walls, tiles, sinks, fridges, storage area, work surfaces, corridors, B&B and liaising with the Manager regarding addition cleaning duties as necessary to maintain the highest level of standards within the Pub environment.

Typical working hours will be from days a week including weekends.

Requirements:

- Must be available to work from 08:30-14:00 and flexible regarding working days.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar style establishment in Ireland.
- Have fluent English and be at least 18 years old.
- Be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Previous employment references required.
- Ability to use own initiative - Friendly outgoing personality
