Position:

Housekeeping Supervisor

Reports to:

Executive Housekeeper

Scope:

Maintaining cleanliness of the entire hotel to standards set by upper management.

Duties:

- Arranging housekeeper assignments in the morning

- Greeting guests with an upbeat personality

- Inspecting public areas to be sure they are cleaned to standards

- Cleaning guest rooms

- Inspecting guest rooms already cleaned by housekeepers to be sure they are cleaned to standard

- Weekly and Monthly Inventories of Linen, Terry, and Amenities

- Assisting in ordering for the housekeeping department

- Floor walks to be sure all floors are cleaned to standard

- Rallying team members to get results

- Any items assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

- Must be adaptable to constantly changing environment

- Must be comfortable providing excellent customer service

- Must have a pleasant and upbeat attitude

- Must be able to multi task

- Must be able to bend and move to the requirements of the job

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.

- Must be able to work alone for a minimum of 8 hours at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
