Housekeeping Supervisor & Room Attendant

An exciting opportunity to join our fantastic Carnmore hotel Takapuna team has become available. We are a young and fast developing operation. We only recently opened our fully renovated property, and we are currently focused on building an outstanding reputation with our tourist market, as well as our discerning business customers. As such we are looking for a candidate who is energetic and motivated, and with the skills and knowledge to become a key part of our vital housekeeping team. From the very top of our organisation we have a strong ethic of teamwork, and we are looking for someone who will share in our values and embrace the Carnmore culture.
Job Description: As one of our housekeeping attendants you will be responsible for delivering a high level of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. As well as performing you day to day duties it is very important to us that you are able to work as part of a team and willing to assume responsibility for extra tasks when required. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A good level of housekeeping experience in a quality accommodation environment
• Great communication skills

• A professional approach and presentation
• The ability to handle a physical job, and a proven ability to complete tasks on schedule
• The ability to cope under pressure
• Time management skills
• The ability to work independently What you will be doing:
• Coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager
• Coordinating with Hotel Management
• Completing housekeeping tasks to a high standard
• Completing external cleaning around the premises
• Managing cleaning supply stocks
• Completing reports and audits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.70 – $25.00 per hour
