Hr And Admin Officer (Urgent Hiring)

About the Role

We are looking for a hard working and committed HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our company’s HR and Administration departments. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR and Admin functions such as but not limited to recruitment, purchasing, payroll, leave management, maintaining employee and admin records, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

  • To provide all-rounded human resources services to the Company such as recruitment, payroll & mandatory contributions, taxation administration, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff cost budget and control and office general administration;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for top talents, ensuring the efficient hiring aligned with company needs;
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs;
  • Maintain staff attendance and leave records;
  • Organize daily office & warehouse operations such as office supplies & equiptment, inventory management, purchases and facilities ;
  • To assist in HR & Admin related reports and analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant business-related course
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of Philippines labour laws and regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adheres to ethical standards
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP or Project Management softwares
  • Transparency and proactiveness to solve matters or problems
  • Willingness to work on site in Araneta Ave., Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time
