Hr Assistant - Recruitment

A. Talent Sourcing and Attraction

1. Implement effective sourcing strategies using online job platforms, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, and partnerships with schools or training institutions.

2. Maintain a recruitment database and continuously build a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles across all operating companies.

3. Develop creative job advertisements aligned with company branding and post them across appropriate channels.

4. Coordinate with the Advertising Department for recruitment-related postings (digital or print).

B. Recruitment and Selection

1. Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

2. Conduct initial interviews and administer pre-employment tests or assessments.

3. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth coordination of recruitment activities.

4. Perform reference checks and background verification prior to job offers.

5. Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor standards throughout the process.
C. Onboarding and New Hire Integration

1. Coordinate with the Training and People Development Manager on the list of new employees attending the orientation.

2. Facilitate pre-employment requirements such as medical exams and government registrations (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR, etc.).

3. Coordinate with HR Generalists for creation of 201 files and employee record-keeping.

4. Assist in conducting new hire orientation and enculturation introduction within the required timeframe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
