Hr Assistant - Recruitment

CLEANFUEL IS HIRING: HR ASSISTANT – TALENT SEARCH / RECRUITMENT

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain and organize employees’ records and files (201 and 202).
• Prepare and submit HR-related reports.
• Research and recommend innovative approaches to improve the recruitment process.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), or any editing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in Recruitment but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Head Office is located at Cleanfuel Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City (near Robinsons Metro East and LRT 2 Marikina-Pasig Station).
