Responsibility:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
- Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Process payroll documentation, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR records
- AI-Enhanced HR Analytics & Process Optimization
- Stay updated on AI applications in human resources and drive digital transformation initiative
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, recruitment AI platforms, etc.)
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Singapore Citizen only
- Available for immediate start
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related roles

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
