Hr Generalist

• Supervise end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Coordinate with department heads to address manpower needs
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee 201 files
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Respond to HR-related queries and provide employee support
• Handle employee relations concerns and conduct initial investigations
• Assist in performance evaluation and training programs
• Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support payroll processing, HRIS updates, and government reporting
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Participate in HR projects and implement process improvements
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as COEs and memos
