Hr Generalist

HR Generalist (Cebu | Onsite | Mid-Shift 2PM–11PM, Mon–Fri)

We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to support our Cebu operations. This role covers HR tasks, but is not limited to these duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new hires (job offers, contracts, orientation, Sprout registration)
• Coordinate employee benefits, government-mandated contributions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth), and HMO enrollment
• Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and support
• Maintain and organize HR records; scan, upload to DocHub, and save in Sprout
• Monitor probationary schedules, referral bonuses, and headcount reports
• Support offboarding processes, including exit clearance, interviews, and documentation (COE, quitclaims)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
• 1–2 years HR Generalist experience
• Knowledge of onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and records management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
