Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. This role will support the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on compensation & benefits administration and employee relations. The HR Generalist will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant practices that foster engagement and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Administer and manage employee compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Oversee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, leave, wellness initiatives), ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company policies.
- Partner with finance and HR leadership during salary reviews, benchmarking, and annual compensation planning cycles.
- Educate employees on compensation structures, benefits packages, and available resources.
- Liaise with external providers, brokers, and auditors to maintain high-quality benefits administration.
Employee Relations (ER)
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
- Support managers in handling performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or policy violations and document findings appropriately.
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture that encourages inclusion, accountability, and respect.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
General HR Support
- Assist in the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities as needed.
- Collect and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, C&B utilization) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity initiatives, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to compensation & benefits and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
