Hr Generalist

We are hiring an HR Generalist to support the full HR operations of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and knowledgeable in core HR functions.

Job Overview:

∙ Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
∙ Handle timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
∙ Support employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and documentation.
∙ Maintain employee records, HR files, and tracking systems.
∙ Assist in implementing company policies and HR programs.
∙ Coordinate training, evaluations, and HR reports.
∙ Provide support to management on various HR and admin concerns.

Qualifications:

Preferably a graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or related course
With experience in HR functions (recruitment, payroll support, government benefits handling, ER)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Can handle confidential information with professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
