Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment.
Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage and hour, etc.).
- Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems (ADP, Workforce Manager, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates and supervisors regarding HR-related questions, policies, and processes.
- Coordinate hourly and temporary staffing needs in partnership with local staffing agencies and hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new associates, ensuring accurate completion of I-9s, HRIS setup, and badge issuance.
- Maintain associate records and process status changes, promotions, and terminations in ADP/WFM.
- Support attendance tracking, corrective actions, and disciplinary documentation in line with company policy.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly HR reports (headcount, temp usage, turnover, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll adjustments and manage time keeping system (Workforce Manager)
- Support in organizing associate engagement activities, communications, and recognition programs.
- Support compliance efforts related to EEO, FMLA, ADA, and other applicable labor regulations.
- Partner with safety and operations to ensure a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in investigations and provide documentation support as directed by the HR Manager.
