Hr Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training, evaluating, and providing guidance.
  • Manages office facilities, supplies, and equipment, ensuring fficient workflow.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Coordinates with vendors, service providers, and suppliers.
  • Continuously identifies and implements improvements to administrative processes.
  • Develops, implements, and improves administrative policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • At least 2 years of experience in Admin
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
