Hr Generalist

1. Oversees human resources activities such as recruitment and selection, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, performance management system, labor and employee relations, company events and recreation, and all facets of HR;

2. Assists in revising and updating human resources and administrative forms for gathering appropriate data;

3. Assists in the creation and revision of company policies and code of conduct and ensures proper implementation are followed;

4. Prepares reports and monitors head count, plantilla, attrition and other related reports;

5. Ensures maintenance and proper safekeeping of 201 files and other HR records;

6. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues. Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts and grievances;

8. Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement

9. Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
