Hr Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day HR administrative functions, ensuring accurate employee records, and supporting HR operations. This role focuses on documentation, compliance, offboarding processes, and coordination of HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records (201 files), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, job offers, and HR-related documents
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes (requirements, orientation, clearance)
• Monitor and track employee movements (regularization, promotions, transfers, resignations)
• Assist in timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Handle government-related documentation (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR requirements)
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related concerns
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation
• Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and records
• Assist in audits and ensure proper filing and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee records management
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems
• Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
